The CO2 Microscope Stage Incubator line is very flexible, thanks to the broad variety of chambers and interchangeable adapters available.
For the Electric model, one unique chamber fits all XY stages on the market, and it is suitable at the same time for multi-point experiments and for high-magnification microscopy. A dedicated model for the Prior NanoScan Piezo stage is also available. For Water-Jacket models, the choice of the most suitable chamber depends on N.A. of the condenser (the slim model is for high N.A. condensers) or on the type of XY stage (A.S.I. stages require a different chamber from the other stages).
Indipendently from the incubator model, each chamber requires at least one plate adapter, chosen according to the type of cell culture support used (Petri Dish, glass slide, multiwell plates, etc. ). A one screw mechanism allows to change the plate adapters in 30 seconds, so that the same chamber can be used with different cell culture supports.

Just one electric incubator for any kind of cell culture support. This chamber, with both base and lid heated, can accommodate any kind of cell culture support. Interchangeable adapters allow to use any kind of multiwell plate (6-12-24-48-96), 35 mm Petri-dishes and chamber slides. This model is designed to increase reproducibility and versatility thus improving experimental efficiency. It can be used both with Long Working Distance and oil-immersion objectives. Two holes on the chamber body, allows the insertion of perfusion tubings. Typical applications are time-lapse observations of more than one field of view. To fully benefit from the multi accommodation design, this chamber should be mounted on a microscope equipped with motorized focus and motorized XY stage. It fits any 160x110mm sized stage (i.e. Ludl BioPrecison and BioPoint, Marzhauser SCAN IM 120x100, Prior H107 and H117), A.S.I. stages and all mechanical flat stages. Slim:
This water-jacket model has been especially designed for high-magnification microscopy. Thanks to the slim profile, it can be indeed used with high N.A. condensers, thus allowing to use the best optical condition necessary for 63x and 100x objectives. It can host two 35mm Petri dishes or one chamber or glass slide. It can be used both with Long Working Distance and oil-immersion objectives. The use of glass-bottom metal dishes is recommended to minimize heat sink phenomena while using oil-immersion objectives. Typical applications of this chamber are time-lapse observations of a single field of view with high magnification. It fits any Ludl/Marzhauser/Prior motorised stage, any rectangular 160x110 mm mechanical stages and all the flat stages. Little bridges allow insertion of perfusion tubes. They are placed on the top of the chamber to pre-heat the perfusion medium before it enters into the sample. It fits any 160x110mm sized stage (i.e. Ludl BioPrecison and BioPoint, Marzhauser SCAN IM 120x100, Prior H107 and H117) and all mechanical flat stages. | Sealed Sample:
This chamber allows to host 6 or 9 sealed sample special dishes. It has no CO2 and Humidity regulation since the sample is tight sealed into special sealed dishes. This model is particularly suited for material science applications, in which temperature has to be changed, preventing solvent evaporation. Typical applications are product stability analysis, phase transitions, crystallization, etc.

In-house condenser chamber:
This chamber is especially designed to allow the entrance of high Numerical Aperture condensers into the incubating chamber. Distances of the condenser from the cover of the specimen as little as 1 mm can be reached. Two indipendent temperature controllers acting on the lid and on the base of the chamber allows to avoid condensation. One 35/50/60mm Petri-dish can be accommodated in the middle of the chamber. It fits any 160x110mm sized stage (i.e. Ludl BioPrecison and BioPoint, Marzhauser SCAN IM 120x100, Prior H107 and H117) and all mechanical flat stages. A dedicated stage insert to fit it into the Nikon TI-S-E motorised XY stage is also available, Dimensions: 137x102x20.
